Objectives

A big data infrastructure promises increased transparency regarding market activities, with which own business transactions can be operated more efficiently and thus customer satisfaction and customer loyalty can be increased. Both structured and unstructured internal and external data can be collected, analysed, evaluated and presented for the purpose in order to derive optimisation potentials.

Which data can be expediently collected in which manner, and with which technologies they can be collated and prepared, are the central questions to be dealt with within the scope of this initiative. The intention is to develop an information basis for the established market players, which is already used by international online providers in order to develop a highly-efficient working method.
